«Подобная ситуация отмечена в СЗ „Эдельвейс-1“, реализующего квартиры в жилом комплексе „Шилкинский-2“. Сейчас застройщики оценивают ситуацию на рынке жилья, актуализируют информацию от банков и планируют возобновить продажи к концу недели», — уточнили в ведомстве.
