Этой зимой проект Frame и «Пермский Мемориал — Европа» проведут школу дебатов в Варшаве. Она будет посвящена сложным вопросам, связанным с правами человека. Тем, на которые у нас нет однозначного ответа. А кроме занятий и дебатов участников ждет вечерняя программа — спортивные игры, киноквиз о правах человека и вечеринка.
Участие в школе бесплатное. Для участников из других городов Польши организаторы готовы оплатить проезд, в случае крайней необходимости — оплатить проживание или разместить у друзей.
Количество мест на школе ограниченно, как ограничено и число стипендий на проезд и проживание. Максимально в школе может принять участие 25 человек. При прочих равных мы выберем тех, кто подал заявку раньше.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
