Ну и конечно же нашествие 32 тысяч хасидов в Умань с населением в 80 тысяч человек не может не сказаться на состоянии 400-летнего города вольных казаков. На видео как раз последствия праздненств гостей на одной из улиц.
Подобное повторяется год за годом, но жители сделать с этим ничего не могут: ради таких людей можно и потерпеть.
