В рамках партийной акции «Подари книгу Донбассу» мы отправили в Донецк более 5000 книг. Месяц назад обратились к петербуржцам с призывом приносить новые или хорошо сохранившиеся книги. И многие откликнулись на нашу просьбу.

Особенно благодарна Красногвардейскому району и депутату Государственной думы Елене Драпеко, а также МО Автово и партийцам из Коломяг, нашим соратникам по партии из Ленинградской области. Эти книги ждут в детских и социальных учреждениях Донецка.

В Донецке наш груз встречает руководитель регионального отделения «Справедливой России» Сергей Тельных.

For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Again, in contrast to Facebook, Google and Twitter, Telegram's founder Pavel Durov runs his company in relative secrecy from Dubai. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
