Таким образом теперь пассажиры Троицкой линии смогут сделать пересадку на Сокольническую линию на станции «Новомосковская».

Ранее название «Коммунарка» носила станция Сокольнической линии, но позже ее переименовали в «Новомосковскую».

16-ю Троицкую линию метро открыли в сентябре этого года в составе четырех станций, сейчас к ним добавились еще три. Общая протяженность линии составит 43,3 км, она пройдет от станции МЦК «ЗИЛ» до Троицка. Всего в составе линии будет 17 станций.
