По центрографическим расчётам по формулам Д.Менделеева - Б.Вейнберга (последний это писал в 1915 году), «центр населённости России будет двигаться в сторону благодатного юга и обильного землёй востока – туда же вслед за людскими массами должна перемещаться столица».
