Прокуратура Советского района г. Томска утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 45-летнего местного жителя. Он обвиняется по ч. 2 ст. 159 УК РФ (мошенничество).
🔧 По версии следствия, в сентябре-октябре 2024 года обвиняемый предлагал в интернете запчасти для ремонта автомобилей, не намереваясь исполнять взятые на себя обязательства, получал предоплату и переставал выходить на связь с клиентами.
👥 Таким способом он обманул четверых потерпевших, причинив ущерб в общей сумме чуть менее 90 тыс. рублей.
Уголовное дело направлено в Советский районный суд г. Томска для рассмотрения по существу.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Oh no. There’s a certain degree of myth-making around what exactly went on, so take everything that follows lightly. Telegram was originally launched as a side project by the Durov brothers, with Nikolai handling the coding and Pavel as CEO, while both were at VK. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
