Сегодня вечером узнаю из СМИ, что по мне суд удовлетворил требование прокуратуры о досрочном лишении депутатского мандата за ошибки/нарушения в декларациях 3-4 летней давности.
Самое абсурдное, что мой юрист, официально просил перенести заседание, т.к. сегодня у него кассация в другом городе и физически не было возможности присутствовать. Но это, как мы видим, не смутило никого и решение вынесено.

These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels.
