تحصیلات او شامل کارشناسی زمین‌شناسی در دانشگاه تهران (۱۳۶۹، با رتبه اول)، کارشناسی ارشد زمین‌شناسی مهندسی در دانشگاه تربیت مدرس (۱۳۷۳)، دکتری زلزله‌شناسی مهندسی در دانشگاه ژوزف فوریه، گرونبل فرانسه (۱۳۷۷) و دکتری قابلیت هدایت پژوهش (هابیلیتاسیون، دکتری دولتی) در دانشگاه استراسبورگ فرانسه (۱۳۹۶) است. -

There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
