«Речь идет о системе THAAD, — отметил Райдер. - Система будет полностью готова к работе в ближайшем будущем, но по соображениям безопасности мы не будем обсуждать сроки ее ввода в строй».

This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors.
