Роспотребнадзор сообщил результаты анализов: в тушке бройлера (изготовитель ООО «Чебаркульская птица», Челябинская область) и в смывах с оборудования на пищеблоке обнаружена инфекция. Проверка выявила и другие нарушения, которые привели к заражению.
Всего к медикам обратились 53 человека, с 19 по 21 ноября после обеда в школьной столовой заболели 49 учеников и четыре взрослых сотрудника.
