Дорожная авария произошла около 12 часов 28 ноября на 19-м км автодороги Кизнер — Бемыж — Грахово. Водитель автомобиля «Лада Ларгус» не справился с управлением, его машина выехала на встречную полосу, где столкнулась с автомобилем ГАЗ-2818 под управлением 60-летнего мужчины.
В результате аварии водитель «Лада Ларгус» погиб на месте. Водитель ГАЗ-2818 получил травмы, сообщили в Госавтоинспекции Удмуртии. Обстоятельства аварии выясняются.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. This provided opportunity to their linked entities to offload their shares at higher prices and make significant profits at the cost of unsuspecting retail investors. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
