Раньше на участке от ул. Карякина до детского сада № 216 стояли незаконные гаражи и валялся мусор. Территорию очистили и создали новое общественное пространство.
Сквер носит имя Героя России С. В. Палагина. Там высадили новые кустарники, выложили плиткой тротуарные дорожки и установили скамейки.
⏺В дальнейшем власти города планируют продлить зеленую зону с комплексным благоустройством территории.

As a result, the pandemic saw many newcomers to Telegram, including prominent anti-vaccine activists who used the app's hands-off approach to share false information on shots, a study from the Institute for Strategic Dialogue shows. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
