Как и в предыдущих случаях, основанием для отказа в единовременной региональной выплаты в связи с ранением в зоне СВО послужило отсутствие у военнослужащего сведений о регистрации по месту жительства в Тюмени на момент призыва.
В ходе прокурорской проверки было установлено, что до заключения контракта мужчина жил и работал в Тюмени, после ранения прошел лечение и вновь вернулся в зону спецоперации. В результате по иску прокурора суд установил факт проживания бойца на дату начала участия в СВО и право на получение выплаты в связи с ранением.
