🔹آن قسمت از ماده ۱۱ آیین نامه یکپارچه مقررات آموزشی دوره‌های تحصیلی کاردانی، کارشناسی، کارشناسی ارشد، دکتری تخصصی مصوب جلسه شماره ۹۶۲ مورخ ۲۵/۰۴/۱۴۰۲ شورای عالی برنامه ریزی آموزشی که متضمن احتساب نمرات مردودی دانشجویان در میانگین کل دوره است، خلاف قانون و خارج از حدود اختیار بوده و مستند به بند ۱ ماده ۱۲ و مواد ۱۳ و ۸۸ قانون دیوان عدالت اداری مصوب سال ۱۳۹۲ از تاریخ تصویب ابطال می‌شود.
