Состав начинки: 100г подкопченной нерки, 30 г свежего огурца, 5 г свежего укропа, 35 г творожного сыра, 1 ч.л. цедры лимона, фисташки для украшения.

Начинку выкладываю на итальянские криспы Мистраль с пряными травами.
Сочетание гармонично, как Шаман и Мизулина…
