Со вчера список "экстремистских материалов" внушительно пополнился. Мы проверили, что туда попало стараниями судей Брестской области:
🔸тикток-аккаунт "rasstrigaby" (признали "экстремизмом" по второму кругу, предыдущее решение было всего 4 днями ранее) 🔹группа "Беларуская сацыял-дэмакратычная партыя" во "Вконтакте" (1.3 тыс участников) 🔸телеграм-канал "Наши в Варшаве" (на самом деле не канал а группа, на данный момент 11 тыс участников, и группа скорее напоминает русскоязычную доску объявлений ) 🔹инстаграм-страница "narodny_reporter" (на сегодня 1.6 тыс подписчиков, хотя страница не обновляется с апреля 2020 года)
ВК-группу партии БСДП запретил ивацевичский судья Сергей Кухоцковолец, а инициатором суда был прокурор Роман Гузюр.

One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. At its heart, Telegram is little more than a messaging app like WhatsApp or Signal. But it also offers open channels that enable a single user, or a group of users, to communicate with large numbers in a method similar to a Twitter account. This has proven to be both a blessing and a curse for Telegram and its users, since these channels can be used for both good and ill. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
