Заказчик (Дирекция муниципального заказа) готов был заплатить за приобретение и установку 15 003 030 рублей и 31 копейку. В ходе аукциона цена снизилась. Общество с ограниченной ответственностью «Дом Строй Комплект» выразило желание сделать всё за 13 999 000 рублей.
При этом стоимость самого туалета составляет 6 018 372, 83 рубля. Стоимость ТИЦ - 7 980 627, 17 рублей.
