Момент, как утверждается, сегодняшнего ночного прилета кассетных ракет ATACMS по по аэродрому "Курск — Восточный" (Халино). В том числе по позиции С-400, пытавшейся отразить атаку. И его, якобы, результаты - публикуются на украинских каналах.

Сам удар признается и военкорами и, косвенно, Минобороны РФ (правда - как безрезультатный).

Общее мнение - Киев и те, кто за ним стоят, активно напрашиваются на радикальный ответ.

The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted.
