Не очень понятен странный дуализм правительства Владимирской области. То утверждают, что ситуация в Кольчугино с теплоснабжением, изложеная в районном СМИ не соответствует действительности. А вечером губернатор едет в Кольчугино. Там он, в темноте, бродит по малоосвещенным подъездам, лично в квартирах щупает батареи, трубы и стояки, что как бы намекает нам на значимость проблемы. Так в чем несоответствие? Или районные СМИ преуменьшили масштаб творящегося там пи#деца, или губернатор катается, вместо потеряшки-заместителя Волкова в города и районы по всяким незначительным поводам? Вы уж там определитесь. Короче
