Мечты многих детей были исполнены членами Правительства России в рамках акции «Елка желаний». Новогоднее желание 17-летнего волгоградца Михаила Лозянова осуществил первый вице-премьер России Денис Мантуров.
В рамках проекта «Елка желаний» Денис Мантуров взял школьника на борт вертолета санавиации в Санкт-Петербурге. Парень смог увидеть работу специалистов этой службы вживую и заодно полюбоваться прекрасными видами с высоты полета вертолета «Ансат».

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike.
