Один заехал другому ногой в лицо, Потерпевший упал и потерял сознание. «Боец» задерживаться не стал и убежал в сторону ул. Пугачева. Но вологодские полицейские к половине 7 утра его нашли и задержали.
Во время допроса вину частично признал, но убеждал, что у него не было намерения нанести тяжкий вред здоровью человеку. Было или нет – еще предстоит разобраться. А тем временем в отношении 38-летнего вологжанина возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.1 ст.111 УК РФ (Умышленное причинение тяжкого вреда здоровью). Перспективы наказания - лишение свободы сроком до 8 лет.
В настоящее время подозреваемый заключен под стражу.
