— А откуда (и зачем) следствие вообще узнало, что этого торчебоса, ворвавшегося громить корпус с детьми в пионерском лагере, бравый пенсионер-охранник уебал трубой по голове? Кто и для чего дал эти показания?
Наверное, насмотрелся этот бедолага, сериалов про ментов по телевизору; решил что «органы разберутся». Ну и вот.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
