В нем и я умудрился принять участие — показалась соблазнительной идея отдать дань любимому городу, смастерив текст в жанре, как это ловко обозначили составители, «петербургской готики». Решил не тревожить многострадального Медного Всадника и прочие выставочные атрибуты, а перенес действие на Проспект Ветеранов. Скорее ленинградский, чем петербургский уголок, где я провел первые три года после переезда из Кемерово. Смотрел на все невинными глазами и пытался выучиться грамоте столичной жизни, но то ли знания падали на безблагодатную почву, то ли опыт обнулялся с каждым новым днем. В конце концов я был выжит из коммуналки, где едва начал обустраивать свой быт и пошел шататься по улицам с вещевой сумкой из темно-синего брезента наперевес.

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips.
