Пока западная часть страны спит или просыпается мы уже обедаем, потому что живем в регионе на +5 часов к мск (то есть сейчас у нас 13:25)
Обычно у нас обед позднее, но сегодня ребенок встал рано
Кстати я выбрала кормить обедом перед дневным сном, а после давать перекус - мне так удобнее, да и по ощущениям после вкусного обеда спать хочется сильнее 😂
