По словам медиков болезнь не передается от человека к человеку, оба заболевшие контактировали с больными животными. Сейчас убойный цех, в котором погиб скот находится на карантине до середины декабря.
Ранее сообщалось, что сибирскую язву подтвердили у работника убойного цеха в Атырауской области.
