По словам Белозёрова, в железнодорожной монополии рассчитывают, что СШХ начнет строиться с моста через Обь и за деньги Фонда национального благосостояния. Затем построенные дороги отдадут "финансовым структурам", которые купят, как ожидает Белозёров, компанию-концессионера. Отобьет государству его расходы и сама что-то заработает.
Ну а заплатим за это мы с вами, то есть потребители. Об этом Белозёров в интервью, правда, не говорит.
