Мозыряне проигнорировали вчера День города. А некоторые свидетели убогой организации поделились своим мнением.

— Когда агрофюрер прилетал в Прудок,тогда там можно было на следующий день смело гулять день района. Все выкрашено, выкошено, цветы уже метровые накануне садили,туи тоже,обновили все фасады и заборы...

А здесь с утра согнали всех деревенских,чтобы веселили городских и все... Ничего нового,никакого креатива в организации, даже что-то подкрасить и подлатать и то поленились... Снимаем видео о том, как классно,хотя понимаем,что за кадром с каждым годом все печальнее и печальнее выглядит парк и праздники все больше однотипные, — итожит безудержное веселье житель #Мозырь.

This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic. In early 2021, a database selling phone numbers pulled from Facebook was selling numbers for $20 per lookup. Similarly, security researchers found a network of deepfake bots on the platform that were generating images of people submitted by users to create non-consensual imagery, some of which involved children. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists."
