Арбитражный суд Северо-Западного округа рассмотрев 18.11.2024 кассационную жалобу КУ НАО «Централизованный стройзаказчик» постановил: решение Арбитражного суда Архангельской области по месту нахождения Постоянного судебного присутствия в городе Нарьян-Маре Ненецкого автономного округа от 06.02.2024 и постановление Четырнадцатого арбитражного апелляционного суда от 13.06.2024 по делу № А05П-693/2022 оставить без изменения, а кассационную жалобу КУ НАО «Централизованный стройзаказчик» - без удовлетворения. Решение КУ НАО «Централизованный стройзаказчик» от 20.10.2022 об одностороннем отказе от исполнения государственного контракта с ООО "СМК-строй" от 29.07.2019 № 0384200001619000080 «Капитальный ремонт моста через ручей Безымянный» признано недействительным.

Under the Sebi Act, the regulator has the power to carry out search and seizure of books, registers, documents including electronics and digital devices from any person associated with the securities market. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. The regulator said it has been undertaking several campaigns to educate the investors to be vigilant while taking investment decisions based on stock tips.
