В соответствии с графиком, подрядчик должен начать проведение работ до 30 апреля. А вот до конца ноября необходимо выполнить все ремонтные работы и организовать утверждение всех соответствующих документов.
Гарантийный срок на различные виды работ варьируется от 5 до 8 лет.
