На сегодняшнем совещании правительства региона губернатор Вячеслав Федорищев дал поручение замглавы местного правительства Михаилу Белоусову кардинально реформировать УК области.
По задумкам главы региона, до конца года должно остаться 50 управляющих компаний. А задача на сентябрь 2026 года – 20 УК.
Сейчас, по словам чиновников, в области порядка 300 УК. При этом, по данным ГИС ЖКХ, их более 440.
Пока остается загадкой, каким образом в регионе решат эту задачу, не внося изменения в ЖК РФ. Лишить лицензии за 10 месяцев почти 400 УК либо каким-то образом заставить их прекратить работу – задача из разряда невыполнимых. Посмотрим в конце года, сколько УК останется в области.
