🔹 работа вернувшихся автоконцернов будет возможна только при совместном партнёрстве ч отечественными автопроизводителями при сохранении контроля российского бизнеса над активами; 🔹 результаты интеллектуальной деятельности (РИД), конструкторская документация и любые разработки должны принадлежать этому совместному предприятию, 🔹 иностранные компании должны работать «в рамках общих правил, высоких требований к локализации без каких-либо льготных режимов и исключений».
