Это решение — ответ на просьбы людей, особенно с Курильских островов, которым не хватает мест для полётов на учёбу, лечение или в отпуск.
Министр транспорта и дорожного хозяйства Максим Жоголев сказал, что туризм важен для развития региона, но он не должен мешать жителям. Стоимость билетов больше 40–50 тысяч рублей, но благодаря помощи от областного бюджета есть скидки. Теперь будет разная цена для местных и туристов.
С 1 марта 2025 года цена для местных будет меньше, а для туристов больше:
▪️Южно-Сахалинск — Курильск: 8500 рублей для местных, 18 000 рублей для туристов. Южно-Сахалинск — Южно-Курильск: 8500 рублей для местных, 20 000 рублей для туристов. ▪️Южно-Курильск — Крабозаводское: 3500 рублей для местных, 6000 рублей для гостей. Южно-Сахалинск — Шахтёрск: 3000 рублей для местных, 6000 рублей для туристов.
Для местных и туристов будут разные цены и на морские перевозки.
