Да, сейчас появился "свет в конце туннеля" по "реверс-инжирингу" уже у нас, но пока я сколько-нибудь точные сроки назвать не могу. Не говоря уже о том что по нашему законодательству это сразу попадает в категорию "специальных технических средств"
