До 1 августа 2024 г. будут определены 200 городов, для которых разработают мастер-планы. В их реализации стоит учитывать решения по поддержке субъектов, включая инфраструктурные кредиты. Необходим анализ проблем, потребностей и перспективных направлений развития каждого конкретного города. Все инициативы должны быть четко спланированы и экономически обоснованы.
Считаю, при разработке мастер-планов нужно взять за основу опыт дальневосточных городов, в том числе Амурской области. Идеи их развития были утверждены президентом, а сейчас активно реализуются.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
