The Egregore concept and ideas on the effects that the "Group Mind" have on occult ritual/practice has been talked about by authors in the past. But only a single chapter here and there. It seems to have been something of an "oral tradition" for which we have fragments.
That said, those fragments have been collected. Read Mark Stavish's book. It's literally the only primary resource we have.

Telegram users are able to send files of any type up to 2GB each and access them from any device, with no limit on cloud storage, which has made downloading files more popular on the platform. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
