Ранее данная ротация, которая должна была пройти 5 февраля т.г., также была сорвана украинской стороной.
Срыв проведения ротации экспертов МАГАТЭ произошел исключительно из-за преднамеренных действий украинской стороны. Со своей стороны военное ведомство России полностью выполнило все обязательства по обеспечению безопасности и созданию «режима тишины» в районе проведения ротации экспертов МАГАТЭ.
