ԵՔ-ԳՀԱՇՁԲ-24/159 ծածկագրով Մաշտոցի 40 և Մաշտոցի 40Ա հասցեներում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ծրագրով բակային տարածքի և խաղահրապարակի հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները իրականացնում են կոպիտ նորմերի խախտումներով։

⛔️ Ըստ ծավալաթերթի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պետք է վճարի 2000մ² "Խճային հիմք H=12սմ" համար 2.855.662 մլն դրամ, սակայն իրականում H=12սմ խճային հիմք չկա։ ⛔️ Ըստ ծավալաթերթի "Բիտումի լցում խճի վրա 2000 մ² (4.12տ/1000մ²) համար Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պետք է վճարի 8.24տ բիտումի համար 2.105.393 մլն դրամ, սակայն շինարարը նախատեսված 8.24տ բիտում չի լցրել խճի վրա։ ⛔️Ըստ ծավալաթերթի Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը պետք է վճարի 2000մ² ասֆալտաբետոնե ծածկույթի համար 9.817.003 մլն դրամ։
Առանց բիտումի և առանց 12սմ խճի իրականացրած 2000² ասֆալտը անորակ է։

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised.
