As Seller / Penyedia jasa : 1. Wajib menyediakan qr code atau link untuk cv ewallet baik prem/nonprem, beserta WM disetiap qr code. 2. Memberlakukan sistem note cv ewallet untuk customer. 3. Memberlakukan sistem note cv pulsa untuk pulsa tf maupun top up. 4. Menyediakan format convert pulsa/ewallet 5. Setiap penyedia jasa convert wajib mempunyai rekap data transaksi ( rekap format )
As Buyer / Pengguna jasa : 1. Mengikuti setiap syarat dan ketentuan masing masing Ba Convert nya. 2. Convert ewallet PREMIUM Diharuskan memberi note saat tf "cv ke @....convert" 3. Convert pulsa tf/top up diharuskan memberi note saat tf "cv ke @....convert" 3. Mengisi format yang diberikan dengan jelas sesuai ketentuan masing masing.
Note. Rules berlaku untuk semua BA CONVERT yang bergabung dalam list dan group convert. Dan berlaku untuk semua customer yang memakai jasa dari list @BACONVERT

It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. That hurt tech stocks.
