Банан размять вилкой, добавить кефир и яйца, перемешать. Затем добавить просеянную муку с разрыхлителем, содой и солью. Аккуратно перемешать тесто и дать постоять 5-7 минут под полотенчиком.
Жарить на сковороде с антипригарным покрытием, первый раз можно слегка смазать маслом
