Яблочно-морковный кекс 🍰
Яблоко 100 г (2 средних или одно большое) Морковь примерно 50 г Овсяные хлопья 40 г Яйцо С1 1 шт Разрыхлитель 1/3 ч.л. Рисовая мука 2 ч.л. Корица
Можно всё смешать в блендере, но я отдельно натёрла яблоко и морковь на крупной тёрке и измельчила овсяные хлопья мелко, не в муку. Затем соединила все ингредиенты и переложила в кружку, отправила в микроволновку на 5 минут. Сверху кексик украсила мягким творогом и миндальными лепестками.
