🇪🇪 Правящие партии в Эстонии договорились о внесении изменений в конституцию, чтобы лишить граждан России и Беларуси права голосовать на муниципальных выборах. Об этом заявил премьер-министр Кристен Михал.
Михал сообщил, что Конституционная комиссия парламента внесет соответствующий законопроект 7 ноября, и, если его одобрят, изменения начнут действовать до следующих муниципальных выборов в 2025 году.
Согласно поправкам, право голоса на местных выборах в Эстонии будет предоставлено только гражданам стран НАТО, ЕС, Европейской экономической зоны, Швейцарии и государств, заключивших с Эстонией специальные соглашения, в том числе, возможно, и Украины.
Это нововведение коснется около 69 тысяч граждан РФ и Беларуси, проживающих в Эстонии.

All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee.
