Глава Харьковской ОВА Олег Синегубов сообщил о том, что в результате удара с применением авиабомбы с УМПК, нанесённого по с. Цуповка утром 24 февраля, были ранены четыре человека: 19-летняя девушка, а также мужчины в возрасте 21, 37 и 73 лет. По предварительным данным ГСЧС, под завалами может находится еще один местный житель. Кроме того были полностью разрушены пять частных домов, ещё около 25 — повреждены.
Кроме того, по словам Синегубова, 23 февраля в результате взрыва неустановленного боеприпаса в с. Полтава был ранен 38-летний мужчина.

Russian President Vladimir Putin launched Russia's invasion of Ukraine in the early-morning hours of February 24, targeting several key cities with military strikes.
