Для этого управление ветеринарии планирует интегрировать свою систему биометрической идентификации домашних животных с «Безопасным городом», к которому сегодня в регионе подключено 3470 камер.
Данные с камер будут сверять с областным реестром домашних животных и устанавливать владельцев, которые, например, выгуливают собак без поводка.
Также систему «Безопасный город» собираются использовать для поиска потерянных питомцев.

In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
