Директора "БОС" в Чувашии арестовали за присвоение и злоупотребление
Директор ГУП ЧР "Биологические очистные сооружения" Юрий Алексеев арестован на два месяца по подозрению в присвоении и злоупотреблении должностными полномочиями, сообщает прокуратура Чувашии.
Прокурорская проверка показала, что в 2020 году руководитель предприятия неоднократно освобождал нескольких рабочих и принудительно посылал их для строительных и хозяйственных работ на земельный участок, принадлежащий его сыну. При этом использовалась техника, принадлежащая очистным сооружениям.
Также в 2020 году он присвоил железобетонные плиты под видом боя железобетонных изделий и щебень. С помощью этих материалов были обустроены подъездные пути к вышеуказанному участку.
Уголовное дело по ч. 3 ст. 160 и ч. 1 ст. 285 УК РФ возбуждено УФСБ по Чувашии. Суд арестовал подозреваемого на два месяца под домашний арест. Расследование продолжается.
