Сегодня приступили к рассмотрению нового бюджета по направлениям. Буду поэтапно, оперативно, публиковать актуальную информацию и делиться впечатлениями.
Начали с социальной сферы.
Чтобы короче - выложу скрины самой информации по социалке.
Мы фракцией 👍 воздержались, хотя можно было бы и "против". Почему? Потому есть направления удовлетворительные, а есть совсем ни о чем.
Например, здравоохранение. В бюджет закладываем 2,07 миллиарда на создание и оснащение хирургического корпуса...опять🤦♂️ в Южно-Сахалинске.
Все это красиво называется Сахалинский медицинский кластер и планируется к реализации в рамках частно-государственного партнёрства. Только вот "частной" стороны там пока нет. По крайней мере мне так ответили. Тогда на что закладываем уже 2 миллиарда?!?😡
А в это время на капитальный ремонт 6 районных больниц выделяется 276 миллионов. Ноу комментс просто. По 46 🍋🍋 на объект.
