"Резервуголь" заложил в Сбербанке 100% приобретенного в сентябре "Сибэнергоугля" (фото 1).

Последний год компания светится в M&A новостях – хронология пока следующая. В декабре "Резервуголь" получил 50% "Разреза "Бунгурский-Северный" (вторая половина осталась за кипрской Fanameri Holdings). В сентябре компания закрыла сделку по покупке "Сибэнергоугля" у "МелТЭКа".

При этом в октябре в ФАС поступило уведомление (фото 2) о том, что "РВМ Капитал" хочет выкупить 100% акций "Резервуголь".

С чем связан залог – для привлечение заемного финансирования, укрепление позиции перед сделкой с "РВМ Капитал" или страховки перед банком – не до конца ясно. Пока остается только наблюдать.
