28 мая 2024 года Рязанским УФАС было вынесено решение, согласно которому МУП «РМПТС» обязано уплатить штраф за нарушение положений статьи 14.31 КоАП РФ. Сумма штрафа составила 737 500 рублей. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
Дело было инициировано на основе решения комиссии ФАС от 1 апреля 2024 года. МУП «РМПТС» признали виновным в нарушении законодательства - злоупотребление доминирующим положением. Оно выразилось в том, МУП «РМПТС» в отопительные периоды 2021-2022, 2022-2023 годов допускало неоднократное несоблюдение температурных графиков подачи сетевой воды.
Решение о штрафе еще не вступило в законную силу и может быть обжаловано.

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. In a statement, the regulator said the search and seizure operation was carried out against seven individuals and one corporate entity at multiple locations in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar in Gujarat, Neemuch in Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Mumbai.
