Основной состав классический: пекинская капуста, соль, красный острый перец, рыбный соус, имбирь.
Однако добавлены редька, чеснок, сироп кукурузы, зеленый лук и лук-порей.
Из всех видов кимчхи, которые мы пробовали в Монголии, этот, наверное, самый вкусный.

Что любопытно - производство вовсе не Кореи и не Монголии. Сделано в городе Циндао в Китае компанией Qingdao Handashu Food Co.
