Шестеро заключённых выбили оконную решетку в своей камере в СИЗО и проникли в дежурную часть, где взяли в заложники сотрудников.
В связи с захватом заложников в СИЗО-1 ГУФСИН по Ростовской области весь личный состав МВД и Росгвардии поднят по тревоге. Сотрудников вооружают и отправляют к СИЗО на улице Максима Горького. Туда же направлены большое количество машин скорой помощи.
"Эту группу подготовил сам Аллах" - видео с такими лозунгами террористы опубликовали в Сети. С места событий постоянно выходят различные сюжеты.
Установлены личности пятерых захватчиков ростовского СИЗО:
Гиреев, Цицкиев и Акиев были осуждены в декабре 2023 года за участие в ИГИЛ (организация признана террористической и запрещена в России) и подготовке теракта (они планировали напасть на здание Верховного суда КЧР).

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
